Good Luck Dim Sum
We did the calculations, and the likelihood that you’ll find us lined up outside of Good Luck Dim Sum on any given morning is roughly 73%. The cash-only, counter-service bakery serves the best dim sum in the Richmond. It has everything from shrimp har gow to turnip cakes to sesame balls, but don’t leave without ordering one of their massive baked BBQ pork buns. This place is the perfect first stop before heading to Golden Gate Park for a picnic. But if you need breakfast or lunch that won’t cost above $10, you can get that here, too.

Fried Sesame Ball
These red bean paste-filled sesame balls are buttery on the outside, with the ideal stretch. Grabbing a few for dessert is a requirement.
